Teaching philosphy
My teaching philosophy is centered around the idea that choice-based art fosters the best environment for social and emotional learning. This idea is centered around the belief that students should be the architects of their own exploration of the arts. By allowing students the freedom to choose their material and techniques from concepts that I have taught them, I am able foster an environment where creativity knows no bounds. This approach not only respects the individuality of each student but also recognizes their innate capacity for creativity, encouraging a deeper, more personal connection to their work.
